RM3 Turns 20! Celebrating two decades with two Sydney shows.
February 2005: three young gents in vintage waistcoats made their live debut at Tonic Lounge, a terrace-turned-house-party in Sydney’s Kings Cross, as The Ray Mann Three. That debut gig turned into a monthly residency in which the band built its name, leading to two amazing decades of highlights: tours with Al Green and Tori Amos; supports for Jamie Lidell, Sharon Jones & The Dap Kings, Roy Ayers, and many more; releases of studio and live albums, and experimental DIY music videos; and shows from Australia to Japan to Europe, and back again.
February 2025: Ray Mann visits from Berlin, to celebrate with Joel Burton on bass and Ross Ferraro on drums, with two big shows at Lazybones Lounge, Marrickville, Sydney.
