What a last leg of the tour it was: a cheeky show in Brisbane, and a sun-kissed finale in Byron Bay – not a bad escape from the Berlin winter, eh?
Along the way: played amazing festivals in Mullum and Queenscliff; reunited with RM3 players past and present; sold ourselves out in Sydney (twice!); and even contemplated what’s really going on in my songs.
Thankya to everyone who came to the shows or caught us at the festivals; and to everyone who said “hi”, for the first time or for the upteenth: it was a real pleasure to see you all. (And for those of you who asked about those “new songs”, chances are you meant these songs).
After Xmas with the folks in Sydney, I head back to Berlin, where I’ve got some new stuff in the works – and, as always, right here is where you’ll find out about it first. So check back soon, yeah?
